Our highly experienced Maintenance Professionals provide a wide variety of services for the Owners and the Renters. Whether the property needs light bulbs, light fixtures, faucet repairs, sewer repairs, wall repairs, paint, or an entire renovation, our staff is fully capable of providing affordable and expedited services.
The Property Owners who entrust S & S Property Management with their Rental Units rest easy knowing that our Maintenance Personnel are on call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. If a situation should call for an emergency repair, our staff will look to provide a temporary repair that protects both the Renter and the Property first. After the problem is stabilized, our personnel will contact the Property Owner and provide them with options and recommendations for permanent repairs.
Each of our crew members has a fully stocked tool van and a large inventory of specialized equipment to assist them with their work. Our Maintenance Staff works hand in hand with S & S Property Management and the Property Owner to achieve the proper repairs at the best possible price. This relationship is essential for Property Owners who want to maximize their Investment dollars.
S & S Maintenance does a wide variety of General Repairs and Improvements. Our recently added sewer camera allows our staff to locate problems within your drain pipes resulting in little or no disruption to your property.
